Punctuality
Please arrive on time. This will ensure your full appointment time.
Late arrival may result in a shortened time, as a courtesy to our next client.

Cancellation/No Shows
Please honor our commitment to you by giving at least 48 hours notice to cancel
or reschedule, so that we may fill that appointment. Please allow 72 hours for
larger packages.  Large packages or repetitive no-shows require a Visa or Master
card to secure your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice
and no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Please call as soon as
you know, so we can change it for you.
